Job Summary

Analyze business requirements related to ACH payments and NACHA file processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement payment workflows.
Ensure compliance with NACHA rules and regulations in all payment-related processes.
Document functional specifications process flows and data mappings.
Support testing and validation of NACHA files and ACH transactions.
Liaise with financial institutions and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve payment issues.
Monitor ACH file transmissions and reconcile discrepancies.
Provide training and support to internal teams on NACHA/ACH processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Systems or related field.
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services domain.
Hands-on experience with NACHA file formats and ACH payment processing.
Strong understanding of payment systems banking operations and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in tools like Excel SQL and business process modeling software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP systems or payment gateways.
Familiarity with ISO 20022 messaging standards.
Knowledge of fraud detection and risk mitigation in ACH transactions.
