Job Description for Salesforce Developer
Design develop and deploy customized Salesforce solutions with a focus on Digital Engagement (Live Chat Messaging WhatsApp SMS Web-to-Case etc.).
Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud and Digital Engagement components to optimize omnichannel customer experiences.
Develop Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce pages and integrations with external systems.
Implement and manage Omnichannel routing Chatbots and Messaging platforms within Salesforce.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in coding security and performance.
Conduct code reviews mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Digital Engagement flows integrations and automation.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases new features and industry best practices.
Required Skills Qualifications
4 to 6 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Digital Engagement and Service Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce SOQL SOSL REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Omnichannel Live Chat Messaging (WhatsApp SMS Facebook Messenger etc.).
Hands-on experience with Chatbots Flows and automation tools.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model security model and governor limits.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer Service Cloud Consultant or Digital Engagement Specialist (preferred).
Strong problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g. Copado Gearset).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
