Job Summary

Job Title: Project Manager ERP Implementation

Location: Cranbury NJ 08512 (Onsite/Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months (with potential extension)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end ERP implementation project including planning execution tracking and delivery.
Lead multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders technical teams and vendors to define project scope requirements and deliverables.
Maintain strict control over project schedules budgets and risk management plans.
Conduct regular status meetings document progress and drive accountability through consistent follow-ups.
Identify issues escalate roadblocks and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
Ensure proper change management documentation and communication throughout all project phases.

Required Skills and Experience:

7 years of experience in Project Management including ERP implementation (SAP Oracle Dynamics NetSuite or similar).
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive execution and enforce accountability across teams.
Experience with project management tools (MS Project Jira Smartsheet or equivalent).
PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or a related field.

Soft Skills:

Highly organized detail-oriented and self-driven.
Strong follow-up negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical teams.
