Job Summary
Becker Kellogg & Berry seeks a highly motivated associate attorney to assist and handle personal injury cases. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate who has litigation experience in another area or a strong interest in litigation. Virginia Bar required. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills attention to detail and be a team player. The job will include lots of client interaction settlement negotiations discovery and handling General District Court and Circuit Court Litigation.
