Job Summary

Property Manager About the Job:

We are a leading real estate development management and investment firm specializing in Class A office properties across Los Angeles. We are seeking a Property Manager with commercial real estate experience to join our dynamic building management team serving tenants at one of our premier properties in Burbank CA.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage the approved strategic plan for the property ensuring day-to-day operations align with overall objectives.
Prepare and manage the annual budget monthly financial variance reports operations analysis and leasing activity reports ensuring review and approval by the responsible Asset Manager.
Monitor and enforce lease agreements including rent collection and tenant charges and manage all aspects of lease administration including critical dates and renewals.
Oversee budget adherence forecast property cash flow review real estate tax assessments and file required municipal reports.
Build and maintain strong tenant relationships addressing service needs and implementing effective tenant retention programs. Conduct periodic inspections and surveys to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Recruit train and supervise a high-performing team including administrative maintenance and engineering staff to promote cost-effective and efficient operations.
Manage tenant and capital improvement projects ensuring compliance with local codes lease agreements and work letters and facilitating timely completion occupancy and rent commencement.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years of commercial property management experience
Valid State of California Real Estate License
MRI designation is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
