About the Role

This is a remote opportunity for a Business Development Mentor. In this role youll guide aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals through proven business strategies mentorship frameworks and personal growth systems. Rather than managing a traditional sales cycle your primary focus will be empowering clients to build their own success leveraging automated tools and a structured mentorship process.

Key Responsibilities

Build trust and strong relationships with clients providing strategic support throughout their journey
Provide onboarding resources and mentorship to set clients up for sustainable success
Leverage digital systems and AI-driven tools to streamline processes and maximize impact
Engage in ongoing personal development and leadership training to continuously elevate your own skills

What Were Looking For
