Job Summary
Tasks:
- Supporting suppliers in the assessment and rework of purchased parts
- Recording and analyzing deviations in purchased parts
- 8D tracking and validation
- Root cause analysis (internal and external)
- Escalation management in collaboration with Production and Purchasing
- Ensuring supplier compliance with specifications and regulations
- Interface function between Purchasing SCM
- Project Management Design and suppliers
Requirements:
- Completed technical training with further training as a technician or a completed degree in a STEM field
- Several years of technical professional experience or initial experience in the rail vehicle sector
- Independent and self-reliant working style as well as confident handling of common quality failure analysis and complaint management tools (e.g. 8D and RCA methods)
- Desirable: Experience with internal and external audits
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong communication skills Communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Confident with MS Office; SAP knowledge is desirable
