Our client a highly respected organisation in the environmental and social impact sector is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative and secretarial support to the Strategic Communications team and its Executive Manager.

The Opportunity
You will be at the heart of the communications function ensuring the smooth running of meetings managing diaries coordinating travel and supporting events and projects that connect people to purpose. The role demands exceptional organisational ability confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills to liaise across teams and with external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide confidential and professional administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Manager and team.
Coordinate meetings workshops and events managing logistics invitations minutes and catering.
Handle travel arrangements including domestic and international bookings itineraries and scheduling.
Assist with financial administration: processing invoices tracking budgets and liaising with service providers.
Support the production and distribution of marketing and branding materials.
Maintain accurate filing systems databases and office records.
Ensure seamless office coordination including correspondence document preparation and day-to-day management.

Minimum of 5 years administrative experience including financial administration.
Relevant administrative or business qualification.
Advanced MS Office skills particularly Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent planning coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task prioritise and work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in project or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
