Were seeking a talented B2B Sales Development and Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our global expansion efforts in the fashion industry. Youll be the driving force behind connecting our premium clothing collections with boutiques and retailers worldwide using your research expertise and personalized outreach skills to build meaningful relationships with fashion buyers and store owners. Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-potential boutiques and retail stores that align with our fashion brands aesthetic and target market
- Conduct detailed prospect research to find decision-makers buyers and store owners using various platforms and tools
- Craft highly personalized email campaigns that reference specific details about each prospect (social media posts recent collections store aesthetics)
- Execute sophisticated 15-20 step email sequences designed to nurture leads through the entire sales funnel
- Maintain detailed tracking of all outreach activities lead progression and communication history in organized Google Sheets
- Create authentic relationship-focused messaging that resonates with fashion industry professionals
- Coordinate seamless handoffs to internal sales teams when prospects express interest in viewing collections
- Re-engage dormant leads with strategic follow-up campaigns to maximize conversion opportunities
- Collaborate with team members as we scale across different global territories and markets
Requirements
- Previous experience in lead generation email marketing and B2B outreach campaigns is a must
- Exceptional written English communication skills with the ability to create compelling personalized messaging
- Strong research abilities and tech-savvy approach to quickly gather prospect information from multiple sources
- Detail-oriented mindset with ability to customize each outreach message based on thorough prospect research
- Ability to work efficiently and manage high-volume prospect research and outreach (50-100 leads daily)
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) with commitment to long-term role development
- Familiarity with research tools and platforms (Apollo social media platforms etc.)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting performance targets
- Interest in the fashion industry and understanding of boutique/retail business models preferred
