We are seeking a Sales Professional (Senior Sales Executive) to drive business development across warehousing transportation and value-added logistics services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Omans logistics market experience in B2B sales and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers in sectors such as FMCG retail e-commerce and consumer electronics.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing distribution and 3PL services within Oman and GCC.
- Generate qualified leads through networking industry contacts and market intelligence.
- Prepare and present customized logistics proposals and solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to create competitive commercial offers.
- Track opportunities through the full sales cycle from lead to contract signing.
Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and problem resolution.
Market & Financial Performance
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify potential opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
- Support the development of marketing materials case studies and customer presentations.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the General Manager Operations and Finance to ensure alignment on pricing service capabilities and margins.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
- Represent Al Mana Logistics at industry events exhibitions and networking forums.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in business Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 6 - 9 years of B2B sales experience in logistics warehousing or freight forwarding (minimum 2 years in Oman preferred).
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of logistics operations rate structures and customer pain points.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency will be an advantage.
- Valid Oman driving license.
