The HR Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This position involves handling various administrative tasks related to HR functions maintaining personnel records assisting with recruitment processes and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The HR Administrator is often the point of contact for employees and external parties seeking HR assistance
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resources
- Familiarity with basic knowledge of HR processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
