Job Summary

Job Summary: The Legal and Financial Officer will provide strategic legal and financial oversight to ensure the organization operates in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations while maintaining sound financial management. This role combines legal advisory financial planning and reporting responsibilities to support sustainable operations and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities: Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization and advise management accordingly. Document and take agreements from the ministry of foreign affairs & ministry of Social Solidarity. Oversee financial management including budgeting accounting and reporting. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements reports and analyses for management and donors. Ensure compliance with donor funding requirements financial regulations and internal policies. Monitor cash flow manage financial risks and support audit processes. Collaborate with program teams to develop budgets and financial projections for projects and grants.

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Law Accounting Finance or related field; Masters or professional certifications preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in legal advisory and financial management preferably in corporate. Strong knowledge of local and international laws financial regulations and compliance standards. Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with donor-funded projects grants management and reporting. Familiarity with ERP or financial management software. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
