Experience working on software implementation projects within complex municipal organizations of the

size and scale of the City of Philadelphia

Strong IT Project Management skills including experience developing Project Plans Testing Plans

Training Plans and Communications Plans

Strong knowledge of vendor relations and vendor management and negotiation strategies.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of cloud fundamentals Knowledge of single and multi-cloud strategies and implications Knowledge and experience in designing cloud solutions encapsulating all aspects of design that meet business requirements. Strong knowledge and experience with Azure network and storage architectures Strong knowledge and experience with Azure Services (examples Azure Key Vault Entra ID etc.) Strong knowledge and experience with Azure Functions Azure Web App/App Service Containers micro-services architecture and server-less architecture. Demonstrated knowledge of cloud security principles including zero-trust network segmentation just-in-time access conditional access etc. Knowledge of availability options. Demonstrated experience architecting solutions that meet RPO and RTO objectives in Azure. Effective documentation writing. Candidate should be able to write professional documentation including position papers architecture documentation Experience in managing cloud-based security posture activities including vulnerability remediation perimeter defense architecture encryption in tran Knowledge and experience in DevOps including Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise Cloud. Knowledge and experience in data storage products like SQL Server Oracle. Knowledge of non-relational data storage products like Cosmos DB. Experience as a on-premise architect 5 years Strong communication skills. Candidate should be able to effectively communicate with technical and business staff. Microsoft Certification in Azure Solutions Architect (Pls upload cert under reference tab)

Required Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information or Civic-Tech Experience: Previous experience with government agencies or exposure to civic-tech initiatives is a plus.
