Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team in Tamworth this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse contributing to the efficient receipt storage and dispatch of goods.
- Receive and unload goods from suppliers ensuring proper handling and storage
- Maintain accurate records and invoices for all incoming and outgoing stock
- Participate in regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients picking up orders
- Maintain a clean organised and safe warehouse environment at all times
- Assist with facility maintenance tasks as required
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly professional demeanour
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in record keeping and invoicing procedures
- Ability to perform physical labour tasks and lift heavy items
- Effective problem-solving and time management skills
- Collaborative team player with strong communication abilities
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
