We are seeking a driven and client-focused Commercial Relationship Manager to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients understanding their business needs and offering strategic solutions that align with Beloforms services. This position requires a balance of business acumen communication skills and a proactive approach to client management.

Responsibilities

  • Build manage and strengthen relationships with commercial clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions that meet client objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and project outcomes.

  • Monitor market trends and client feedback to develop strategies for business growth.

  • Prepare reports proposals and performance analyses for clients and management.

  • Ensure all client interactions reflect Beloforms values of professionalism integrity and excellence.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

  • Minimum of 24 years of experience in client relationship management business development or account management.

  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts with professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on business opportunities.

  • Highly organized goal-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
