Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of our brand. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented personable and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients visitors and team members with professionalism and warmth.

  • Manage incoming calls emails and correspondence efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room logistics.

  • Support administrative operations including document handling and office supply management.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Positive attitude and customer-service-oriented mindset.
