Job Summary
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
37 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a Salesforce environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
Proven ability to create user stories business process flows wireframes and detailed documentation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration including reports dashboards and custom objects.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
