Job Summary
The Objective of Process Engineer is to support all documentation work & Site installation related to Project for Bodyshop model launches.
- Responsibility
- Lead all Documents related to Bodyshop projects.
- Responsible for liaising with all Line builders for Buy off book.
- Responsible for updating Bodyshop BOM
- Scrubbing and creating spare list from the Line builder list.
- Tracking all parts and revision level for Bodyshop build.
- Strong capability in issue analysis.
- Traking all installation shipment
- Working closely with Line builders for Safety and permit process.
- Assist Installation and commissioning with Line builders.
- Meeting all Build plan as per the given plan.
- Facility prove out and close all snag list.
- Well Knowledge in welding process quality improvement.
- Updating Launch metrics and Body metrics in a timely manner
- Updating Management presentations.
Qualifications :
Education Qualification: Bachelors in engineering /Diploma In Engineering
No. of Years of Experience: 10 years
Professional Exposure: Body shop Process
Preferred previous experiences: Automotive OEM Bodyshop Process/Quality
- Leadership Skills: Good Communication
- Functional/Technical Skills: Process sheet/BOM
Special Skills Sets Required: Good presentation with Animations and VB
