AECOM Mexico is seeking a Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for managing all cost and contractual aspect of the project during the preconstruction and construction phases.
- This includes preparing cost estimates conduction value engineering analyses monitoring budgets and ensuring financial control.
- The quantity surveyor supports the project team in achieving cost certainty transparency and value throughout the project life cycle.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- Civil Engineer or similar with more than 4 years of experience or demonstrable equivalent.
Desirable Requirements:
- A RICS certification or equivalent experience working with international standards such as AACE
- 7 years of experience will be highly valued.
Additional Information :
- Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.
- Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
- Positions may require frequent travel to project site locations. Locations and distances vary and could include overnight travel.
- Eligibility and willingness to travel via air as needed for projects requirements.
