Job Summary

Were currently hiring for permanent & temporay part-time positions offering 8 12 16 or 20 hours per week. These roles will most likely be based in one of our four Central London stores - Kings Road Regent Street Oxford Circus or Oxford Street East. However were also actively supporting looking for other nearby London locations depending on your area. 

Were looking for candidates with full flexibility between 2 & 5 days including weekends.
Please note: These positions do not offer sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.

WHAT YOULL DO

As a H&M Sales Advisor youll be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
  • Supporting with commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends brands competitors etc using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
  • Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.

Our stores are the heart of our company where customers experience our brand firsthand. You will be part of a dynamic Store Team including Sales Advisors Team Leaders Department Managers Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers. Together with your team youll play a vital role in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles. By building meaningful connections with customers in our stores we make fashion accessible and sustainable for all.
