Job Summary
The Revenue Auditor is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. They are also responsible for the daily audit of cage slots table games electronic games soft count and non-gaming revenue areas.
The Revenue Auditor:
- Provides superior customer service positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
- Performs daily audit of cage slots table games electronic games soft count and non-gaming revenue areas.
- Investigates and reports discrepancies determined through audit process to controller.
- Prepares information and reports for the Casino Controller in a manner to ensure compliance with Gaming Commission Rules and Company policies and procedures.
- Maintains accurate records and files pertaining to daily audits of areas of responsibility.
- Anticipates ongoing changes problems and opportunities in order to maintain effective systems and procedures.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of audit functions.
- Effective written and oral communication skills preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal State and Gaming regulations.
- Proficiency in all standard Microsoft Office applications including Excel Outlook and 10-Key Calculator required.
- Must be at least 21years of age.
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of high school. ON THE JOB TRAINING NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
