YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You have basic knowledge of dunning receivables management and collection processes.
- You are responsible for monitoring and processing outstanding receivables clarifying payment arrears making payment arrangements and collecting debts.
- You are the central point of contact for communicating and clarifying outstanding claims in communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Analytical Thinking You are passionate about numbers and you have an analytical mindset
- Communication You possess good communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with customers and other departments
- Language Skills You have a very good command of English both written and spoken; knowledge of any other European language is a plus
- Tool Competence You are confident in using MS-Office Excel
- Soft Skills You like to work independently while still being team-oriented
