Job Summary
In this role you will apply Biophysical analytical skills in biotherapeutic drug products characterization with focus on product robustness. You will be working in a collaboratively team environment to support both early and late stage formulation development
- Execute assays such as MFI SEC-MALS Intrinsic Fluorescence Infrared Spectroscopy UV Circular Dichroism DLS and DSC to support the particle characterization and stability analysis
- Created and maintained record of all experiment execution in Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) adhering to Good Laboratory Practice and Good documentation practice (GDP)
- Perform Safety Standard Testing of lab instruments and troubleshooting instrument errors
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Biophysics Biochemistry Chemistry Chemical Engineer Biomedical Engineering Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline
- 1 to 2 years of expertise in operating various Biophysical instruments including but not limited to HIAC SEC-MALS MFI FTIR; good understanding of protein science protein/peptide stability and protein-protein interactions
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information :
This position is Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rahway NJ are encouraged to apply. Compensation range is between $24-25.50/hr considering experience.
