Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and engage potential customers including ISPs enterprises telecom operators and system integrators.
Generate and qualify leads build a strong sales pipeline and close new business deals.
Work with pre-sales engineers to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Present and pitch Atheer s wireless networking products to prospective clients.
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts pricing proposals and agreements.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and networking events.
Maintain and build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the sales process.
Market Research & Sales Strategy
Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market demands.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Sales Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in telecom networking or wireless solutions.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of wireless networking solutions or telecom services is a plus.
Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently.
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings trade shows and networking events.

Strong proficiency in CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent). Experience in thermal management, heat sinks, and cooling solutions. Knowledge of sheet metal design, injection molding, and machining processes. Familiarity with IP-rated enclosures, ruggedized designs, and material selection. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple projects.
