We are seeking a highly motivated Buyer at Oragadam Chennai to join our Purchase team on a full-time basis.

Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Ensure on time Delivery Paneling Cost-Effective Source Ensure Alternate source for assigned commodity
Ensure availability Maintaining QMS records ( ISO 9001 IATF 16949 )
Floating RFQ Preparing Comparative Statement Negotiation Paneling optimum source Drive supplier for long term association
Supplier Development for customized requirement
Supplier Audit ( New Supplier Assessment Sample lot Pilot Lot Mass Prod )
Monitoring & Ensure Supplier performance Rating
Co-ordinate with All CFT for day in day out activity ( Planning PE Quality Prod Logistics Accounts )
Ensure on time delivery GRN IR COC availability Payment release to suppliers Reconciliation of payment Periodically
Capex & Non BOM material Purchase (Identifying potential suppliers negotiation and finalization of orders )
Handling All Service Agreements (Ensure Validity of Agreement by regular review Clearing of Monthly Bills)
Scrap Disposal Thru Auction
