Job Summary

We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

A user-focused mindset a passionate drive for understanding and meeting user needs.
Experience in user research methods such as conducting interviews and usability testing.
Very strong people skills with an understanding of user needs and the ability to translate insights into meaningful design decisions.
Very good knowledge in UI tools primarily Figma. Photoshop and Illustrator is bonus.
Experience in designing UI for digital tools and applications.
The ability to understand and create new design based on graphical guidelines
The ability to understand and build upon an existing design take ownership of its completion and create new design solutions in alignment with the established direction.
The ability to collaborate with developers
The ability to deliver graphics to be used in development
A humble but confident attitude with a good understanding and base in research how data and instinct play into decision making for the users.
Experience of designing in an agile environment or working with Lean UX or Design Sprint.
Some coding experience and competence can be an advantage it is not required
