Thats why were expanding our Customer Success department and looking for a Norwegian/English-speaking Customer Success Manager to our Stockholm or Gothenburg Office. Our mission is to have the most satisfied customers and we are looking for a strong relationship-builder to join our team and take care of our EU & Norwegian clients.
Within the Customer Success department you find Customer Success Managers Product Specialists Promote Specialists and Onboarding Specialists who are located in Sweden Finland France Spain Colombia the US and New Zealand .
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Implementing and onboarding new customers
Helping our customers to use Teamtailor at its full potential with everything from integrations in our marketplace to best practices and training opportunities
Working as a strategical advisor & being goal-oriented for our customers
Working proactively with renewals
Building strong relationships
Finding new business opportunities with our existing portfolio customers in the form of expansion sales upselling/cross-selling
Tracking customer accounts to identify churn risk and working actively to prevent them
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and presenting it internally
Collaborating to develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction
As a Customer Success Manager at Teamtailor you will be offered:

Customer Success Experience
Experience in project leading especially complex projects

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and rapidly-changing market
Fluent in Norwegian and English
Extra plus for other languages
Bachelors or masters degree is a plus
