As Mano bankas rapidly expands we are looking for a Capital and Liquidity Analyst to join our team.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare analyze and submit COREP package reports to the Bank of Lithuania in accordance with all applicable regulations legal acts and guidelines;
- Calculate liquidity and capital ratios and submit relevant reports to the Bank of Lithuania;
- Analyze changes in the indicators and provide insights and suggestions to the direct manager related to liquidity risk management;
- Execute the ILAAP procedure including calculation methodologies and related aspects in coordination with the direct manager;
- Prepare the Pillar 3 report in coordination with the direct manager;
- Continuously improve existing processes with the goal of optimizing and automating them to minimize the risk of human or technical errors.
What We Expect:
- A university degree in mathematics finance or economics;
- At least 3 years of experience working in the financial sector (preferably in a bank or credit union);
- In-depth knowledge of CRR Basel and other capital and liquidity-related regulations legal acts and guidelines;
- Excellent computer skills especially in MS Excel;
- A responsible approach to work and strong attention to detail;
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English.
