Job Summary
VHIR offers a vacancy for a Postdoctoral Researcher in Psychology within the Rheumatology Research Group.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology
- PhD in Psychology
- Masters in General Health Psychology (MUPGS)
- Fluency in Catalan Spanish English (C1)
Desired:
- Specific training in chronic pain
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- At least 5 years of experience working in research into chronic pain
- Knowledge of chronic pain
- Ability to write scientific articles and research projects in English and analyse data using statistical packages (e.g. SPSS)
Desired:
- Knowledge of fibromyalgia
- Ability to present research at scientific conferences
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Coordinate/Manage pain research studies.
- Provide support in data analysis scientific writing and project acquisition.
- Collaborate with the team in developing and implementing research studies.
Labour conditions:
- Part-time position: 30h/week
- Starting date: immediate
- Gross annual salary: 20.500 21.500 euros (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
- Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
