Job Summary
Ready to move big things Join our expanding offshore team as a Towmaster.
On behalf of Survey Association MARPRO Group is looking for a skilled Towmaster for Rig Moves & Decommissioning.
The job
As Towmaster you will be operational leader on challenging offshore projects:
- Plan and lead rig moves towage and decommissioning operations.
- Supervise AHTS and anchor handling operations offshore.
- Ensure compliance safety and efficiency during marine operations.
- Provide technical input on towage planning mooring and vessel suitability.
- Act as the operational link between client MWS and vessel crews.
Professional qualifications
- Master Mariner with proven experience in offshore towage and anchor handling.
- Documented and successful track record as a Towmaster / Rig Move Master.
- Solid technical understanding of offshore units mooring systems and DP/AHTS operations.
- Clear and confident English communication skills (Danish is a plus).
- Denmark-based with full readiness for international offshore travel.
Personal characteristics
- Open-minded approach to handling new unusual and non-standard rig move cases.
- Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues clients and crews.
- Highly structured with the ability to manage and keep complex operations on track.
