Internship in Talent Management (3 months)

Mandatory Internship as part of your studies (m/w/d) unpaid 12 days per week based in Berlin

About us: Container Love is a creative studio dedicated to queer culture. We collaborate with visionary LGBTQIA voices to create bold boundary-pushing content and brand experiences. At the crossroads of culture identity and communication our work spans film print activations events editorials and campaigns. We spark conversations challenge norms and celebrate diversity and queer visibility across every medium. Or as we like to say: Container Love Promoting Identities and Queer Culture since 2013.

Tasks

As part of our creative team youll be working at the heart of our Love Talents roster working closely with queer artists and allies creators and international talents on campaigns editorials and films. This is your chance to learn the ins and outs of talent management while helping bring projects to life.

Support talent growth strategies and help expand visibility for our Love Talents.

Collaborate with talents creators and artists on concepts content and campaigns.

Work on lookbooks and prepare pitch presentations.

Coordinate castings bookings and campaign logistics.

Scout emerging queer creatives at events exhibitions and community gatherings.

Assist in reporting and tracking campaign and talent performance.

Collaborate on social media content with talents to promote campaigns and editorial work.

Requirements

Youre currently studying Media Communication Cultural or Event Management or a similar program at a Berlin university or art school.

Youre deeply connected to the creative scene you follow talents creators and trends on Instagram TikTok and beyond.

Youre curious approachable and confident when interacting with creators talents and collaborators.

Youre organized and proactive able to juggle multiple projects while keeping a cool head.

You love collaboration and believe in building long-term meaningful connections.

Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.

You have a genuine respect for queer culture and identities and are committed to creating inclusive impactful work.
