The Role

Were seeking a .Net Developer to join our development team in Naples. Youll work on a variety of projects from cloud services and back-end systems to cross-platform applications in an environment where technology meets sport and your work directly supports live international events.

What Youll Do

• Manage the full software lifecycle: requirements design development testing and maintenance.
• Develop APIs and back-end services using .NET Core / C#.
• Design and maintain relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL).
• Contributes to the development of cross-platform desktop and mobile apps.
• Review and optimize code to ensure quality scalability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product design and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation.

What Were Looking For

• Strong programming skills in C# and solid knowledge of .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git and software versioning.
• Understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
• Awareness of security best practices and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS preferred).
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience with .NET MAUI or React Native for mobile development.
• Familiarity with Terraform Jenkins Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB Cosmos DB).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
