Job Summary

Job Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple related projects that align with the organizations strategic objectives. This includes coordinating teams managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating communication between various stakeholder groups. The role requires strong experience in full lifecycle delivery using Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple related projects aligning with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate teams across projects.
- Manage stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate communication between various stakeholder groups.
- Develop and execute change management plans.
- Perform cost estimating resource planning and project time management.
- Lead cross-functional business and technical teams.
Required Skills & Certifications:

- University Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology OR equivalent combination of a college diploma (related to Business Administration and/or IT) and experience.
- High level of proficiency in both French and English (oral and written).
- 2 years of experience in full lifecycle delivery using Agile.
- 5 years of Project Management experience managing multiple related projects.
- 5 years of experience working as a Senior IT Project Manager in IT system development and support.
- 5 years of experience working with and leading cross-functional business and technical teams.
- 2 years of experience in change management activities.
- 5 years of experience in cost estimating resource planning and project time management.
- 5 years of experience demonstrating knowledge of IT system concepts and their impact on business processes.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or PRINCE2 designation.
- 2 years of experience in life cycle delivery using Agile during the Concept Inception Iteration and Release phases.
