Job Summary

This is a remote position.

ValueAdd Research and Analytics Solutions LLP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chat Support Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of chat support agents to provide exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of chat support agents to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Monitor chat interactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance performance and productivity
  • Analyze chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and escalations

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a chat support role
  • 1 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
