This role offers steady weekday afternoon hours (3:007:00 PM) providing in-home therapy with additional clinic-based hours available for those seeking more consistency or full-time status.

What Youll Do

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in the home setting (Fayetteville NC 28312).
Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans designed by your supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate session data and track client progress using digital tools.
Collaborate with BCBAs caregivers and teammates to ensure quality coordinated care.
Foster a positive supportive environment that helps each child thrive.

Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
At least 6 months of ABA experience (preferred but newly certified RBTs welcome).
Strong skills in data collection documentation and communication.
Reliable transportation and consistent weekday availability.
