Job Opportunity: Join our team as the next Real Estate Field Scout Flexible Solo Driving Job Part-Time App-Based
To be considered you must complete:

What Youll Do:
- Drive assigned neighborhoods each week using your own vehicle.
- Use our mobile app to mark distressed or abandoned properties (e.g. overgrown lawns boarded windows).
- Open the app mark the home on a map done!
- Follow simple route guidance and meet your weekly drive goals.
This Role is Perfect For:
- Rideshare or delivery drivers looking to earn more during downtime.

What You Need:
- A reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.

Key Competencies & Attributes Skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook Word Excel) and collaboration tools (Teams SharePoint or similar). Comfort in a real estate or project-based environment; able to analyze and track deal-related details. Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines. Qualities Proactive and self-driven; anticipates needs. Calm professional and personable in client- and community-facing situations. Detail-oriented accurate and efficient while keeping perspective. Committed to Longleafs values of faith integrity and service. Qualifications 35 years of experience supporting senior executives ideally in real estate finance or investment. Experience with contracts transactions or closing documents is a plus. Comfort working directly with clients contractors and stakeholders. Bachelors degree or professional certification preferred but not required.
