Job Title: Payroll Analyst
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 3 Months (possible extension)
Location: 100% Remote
Shift: 1st Shift 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST
Role Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end payroll analysis reconciliation and compliance. Ensures accurate payroll processing auditing and regulatory adherence while managing payroll data validation and system testing across multi-state operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze audit and reconcile payroll transactions and employee issues to ensure smooth processing
- Ensure payroll compliance with accounting standards tax and regulatory requirements
- Research and resolve tax garnishment and benefit-related payroll issues
- Support merger/acquisition activities audits and journal entry reconciliations
- Manage system integrations and coordinate with vendors for payroll data accuracy
- Lead testing validation and troubleshooting of payroll conversion activities
Top Skills Required:
- 2 years of hands-on experience with ADP Global View (multi-state payroll processing)
- Time & Attendance management including Leave of Absence (LOA) handling
- Advanced Excel skills for auditing and variance analysis
Additional Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Experience preparing load files and validating payroll conversions
- Understanding of vendor integrations and data flow between systems
Experience:
- 3 5 years operational experience in payroll administration using ADP Global View
