Job Summary:
The Peds/Adult Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory care to patients in critical care trauma NICU and PICU settings. This role involves administering various respiratory therapies including NIV high flow nebulizers CPT nitric oxide and Flolan nebulizer. The therapist will work with Draeger vents for adults and Servo-I ventilators for PICU and NICU patients as well as 3100A 3100B and Jet ventilators in the NICU.

Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory therapies including NIV high flow nebulizers CPT nitric oxide and Flolan nebulizer.
- Manage and maintain respiratory equipment including Draeger vents Servo-I ventilators 3100A 3100B and Jet ventilators.
- Provide respiratory care to patients in the adult ICU PICU and NICU.
- Assess and monitor patient response to respiratory treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care and treatments accurately and completely.
- Float within scope to meet facility needs.

- BLS certification
- CRT certification
- NRBC certification
- Critical Care and Trauma Experience
- NICU or PICU experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience

Special Considerations:
- Weekend work is required.
- Time off is approved on an individual basis upon offer.
- The traveler can be called off for one 12-hour shift per 2 weeks.
