Role Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze textual content for cultural relevance and accuracy.
- Identify cultural themes symbols and sensitivities in various texts.
- Annotate texts based on predefined cultural guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to improve annotation quality and efficiency.
- Provide feedback on cultural insights for training materials.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy in all annotations.
- Assist in the development of annotation tools and resources.
- Participate in training sessions for new annotators.
- Conduct research to stay updated on evolving cultural norms and practices.
- Compile and report on annotation progress and results.
- Utilize technology effectively for annotation tasks.
- Engage in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects.
- Help troubleshoot any issues related to annotation tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of annotation processes.
- Adhere to confidentiality standards during the review process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated understanding of cultural analysis and annotation processes.
- Strong proficiency in the Portuguese language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyze cultural contexts critically.
- Proficient in using digital annotation tools and software.
- Experience in research and data analysis.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Experience working in remote teams.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the cultural landscape of Brazil.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing guidelines and projects.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.

- Previous experience in annotation or cultural research is a plus.
