Heres what youll be doing:
- Manage client accounts day-to-day as the primary contact
- Provide strategic counsel to guide clients in achieving goals
- Identify new business opportunities with existing clients
- Direct teams in delivering high-quality work on time
- Write and edit communications materials (press releases bylined articles etc)
- Build media relationships and secure impactful coverage
- Formally manage junior staff including reviews training and development
- Participate in new business efforts including proposals and pitches
- Represent the agencys capabilities and expertise confidently
Here are the skills youll need:
- 2-3 years experience in B2B tech corporate or financial PR
- Strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong client management experience
- Ability to coach teammates and develop staff
- Media relations experience and relationships
- Passion for the tech industry ecosystem
- Bachelors degree in communications journalism or related field
