About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer II UI with 46 years of professional software engineering experience strong expertise in building performant scalable and elegant front-end applications. This role involves working on complex interfaces state management and performance optimization while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. As a mid-level engineer you will also play a role in guiding best practices writing tests and ensuring the delivery of high-quality user experiences

What Youll Do & The Impact Youll Have

Build and optimize user interfaces with including server-side rendering (SSR) and routing.
Manage state effectively using Zustand or Redux.
Handle API integrations via Apollo Client or tRPC.
Implement robust forms using react-hook-form with validation libraries like Zod or Yup.
Style and build UI components with Chakra UI Tailwind CSS or styled components.
Write modular maintainable and reusable UI components.
Ensure code quality with unit tests (Jest) and performance checks using Lighthouse.
Actively contribute to client-facing communication (meetings demos discussions).
Apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver scalable UI solutions.

Requirements

What Youll Bring to the Table

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency with (SSR and routing)
State management using Zustand or Redux
API handling with Apollo Client or tRPC
Strong form handling using react-hook-form with Zod or Yup
Styling/UI frameworks: Chakra UI Tailwind CSS or styled components
Ability to write modular maintainable UI components
Test writing with Jest
Performance testing using Lighthouse
Strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable with client-facing communication (meetings demos)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with Storybook for component documentation
Knowledge of TanStack Query or SWR for data fetching
Integration experience with Sentry for error monitoring
Experience with lazy loading and image optimization techniques
