School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Our Organization is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative school team for the academic year. This full-time position offers the chance to make a direct and lasting impact on students behavioral social and academic success within a supportive educational environment.
As a School-Based BCBA you will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and collaborate with educators and families to ensure effective evidence-based support for every student. Youll also provide training and coaching for staff helping to build school-wide systems that promote positive behavior engagement and inclusion.
Job Outline:
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and refine interventions.
- Lead professional development sessions on classroom management and behavior strategies.
- Foster a positive inclusive climate that supports both students and staff in achieving their goals.
- Partner with IEP teams administrators and service providers to ensure coordinated student support.
- Design and implement individualized behavioral programs grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Requirements
Applicants must possess a current BCBA certification and a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education Psychology or a closely related discipline. Experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred along with a solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and proactive behavioral support strategies. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator a team-oriented professional and a creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative student-focused environment.
