Job Summary
Site Developer / Site Acquisition Specialist POS25254
Based: Centurion
Salary & Benefits: R.00 Bonuses for each installed structure. Laptop and fuel allowance provided
Requirements:
- Fluent in English or Afrikaans.
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Experience in telecom site development town planning or outdoor advertising is essential.
- Identify and secure new locations for outdoor advertising structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new locations for outdoor advertising structures.
- Negotiate lease agreements with potential landlords.
- Compile documentation for municipal application processes.
- Coordinate with project and technical teams for smooth installations.
- Travel to scout and assess new sites.
