Your new role

As Team coordinator you will support and coordinate team activities and workflows to ensure seamless operations drive simplification and efficiency of processes

• Coordinating team activities workflows and key events such as townhalls off-sites and team meetings. Organising team schedules meetings and priorities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Documenting and tracking key KPIs meeting notes and follow-ups to maintain oversight and accountability
• Supporting the planning and implementation of projects events select presentations and materials ensuring alignment with business objectives with a strong focus on external events and congresses
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and mutual understanding across the matrix of shared deliverables
• Managing budgets vendor relationships contracting.
• Identifying opportunities to optimise workflows and improve team efficiency.
• Acting as the central point of contact for team members to streamline processes and resolve issues.

Your skills & qualifications

Were looking for a new Team Coordinator who will enjoy working in a high-paced dynamic environment. Youll bring with you:

• 5 years of experience in team and project coordination within a regulated complex matrix organization. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with complex projects and deliverables in e.g. marketing research commercial or medical excellence communications and congresses
• Bachelors degree in business administration management communication or project management or a related field.

Youll need to be agile and adaptable embracing new ways of working with a mindset focused on simplification and continuous improvement. As youll be supporting various teams strong stakeholder management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential. We value individuals who are highly organized proactive and energized by fostering collaboration.
