Key Responsibilities
Provide medical oversight and ensure consistent high standards of care
Lead and mentor associate veterinarians and support staff
Support team development through ongoing training and collaboration
Foster strong client relationships and promote positive experiences
Partner with management to help meet operational and clinical goals
Serve as the medical authority and uphold compliance with regulations
Qualifications
DVM/VMD degree from an accredited program (or international equivalent)
Active veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain one in South Carolina)
Strong leadership skills or clear interest in developing them
