About The Role

Were looking for a Team Lead in our Employee Benefits and Retirement Practice to champion service quality support team development and uphold our commitment to exceptional client experience.

This role is about empowering others to succeed while maintaining a sharp focus on performance metrics retention and team culture.

What Youll Do

  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop operational staff establish performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.

  • Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability aligning with overall company objectives.

  • Client Service Oversight: Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service manage client relationships and act as a point of escalation for client concerns.

  • Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of technology solutions and address technology needs in collaboration with IT teams.

  • Risk Oversight: Assess and mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

  • 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits insurance industry or proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within operations.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Passion humility integrity positive attitude mission-driven and self-directed

  • Strong knowledge of operational best practices.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of relevant software and platforms
