Description
Responsible for working with a team of developers to better understand the technology and understand requirements related to data and collection activities with the ability to report results to the customer. Responsible for being the liaison with operations to meet requirements and assess any data and outcomes resulting from operational activities. Responsible for working across and coordinating with multiple teams of developers and analysts to meet task order needs.
Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience
Ten (10) years experience as a TSA in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required. Must have an applicable Bachelors degree in System Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Software Engineering Information Technology Information Assurance or a directly related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Required skills:- Researching and analyzing information to define or refine mission requirements
- Developing information that will identify gaps in the strategic plan and technical baseline
- Producing clear and concise briefing materials
- Providing detailed expertise for the selected problem task given for a specific problem area
- Analyzing requirements and development strategies from the basis of expert knowledge and provide opinions of feasibility and alternate solutions where applicable
- Understanding of computer network and microprocessor fundamentals
- Understanding of cyber and analysis fundamentals
- Chinese or other East Asian language skills
