- Recruit for niche roles in Ad Tech Retail Media Marketing and Analytics
- Consult with senior stakeholders on talent planning and internal mobility
- Mentor less experienced recruiters and share best practices
- Manage full cycle recruiting and meet defined metrics for quality speed and compliance
Basic qualifications- 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- 5 years recruiting in mid-to-large corporate or agency environments
- 3 years recruiting in digital advertising ad tech programmatic or retail media
- 3 years developing sourcing strategies across multiple channels
Preferred qualifications- 2 years of Executive Recruiting experience
- 2 years of Technical Recruiting experience
- Proven ability to use data to influence recruiting strategies
- Demonstrated success in presenting candidate slates to hiring managers
- Proficient in ATS systems for posting and tracking candidate activity
