In this role youll work alongside experienced legal professionals to guide K-12 school districts and community colleges through a broad spectrum of operational and facilities-related legal matters.

This position blends meaningful public service with sophisticated legal work. Youll play a vital role in shaping infrastructure and operations for Californias educational institutions.

Your Practice Will Include:

Advising on real estate transactions and leases
Drafting and negotiating public contracts
Supporting construction procurement processes and resolving disputes
Handling a range of transactional matters impacting school operations
Providing litigation support when necessary

The Ideal Candidate:

Is licensed to practice law in California
Has strong research writing and analytical skills
Enjoys collaborative problem-solving
Has at least one year of post-bar legal experience
Is mission-driven and thrives in a service-oriented environment
