Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted LPN license
2 years of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
CPR/BLS certification
Knowledge of CMS DOH and OSHA regulations
Strong attention to detail communication and computer skills
Responsibilities:
Review nursing records care plans and medication logs for accuracy and compliance
Monitor infection control and patient safety practices
Help prepare for inspections and surveys
Train and support staff on quality and policy updates
Track and report quality indicators such as falls medication errors and readmissions
Assist with performance improvement and corrective action plans
